What do I need to bring to the workout?

Wear loose, stretchy workout clothes and non-slip socks. Please avoid wearing jewelry, and if you have long hair, please use hair ties during the class. Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the class starts so we can begin on time.

How do I sign up for a course?

Once you’ve found the right class for you in the schedule, click “Book.” You’ll need to sign up for the first time and select a membership—as a new customer, you can, of course, choose the one-time trial class. You can view our entire selection under the “Prices” menu item and choose directly from there. And please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the class starts so we can begin on time.

Can I take a shower here after my workout?

Yes, we have showers available in both studios. Please bring your own towel.

How long are my 10-ride and 5-ride passes valid?

The 10-session passes are valid for 14 weeks, and the 5-session passes are valid for 8 weeks. These time frames are designed to ensure consistent and optimal training results. Extensions are not available.

What happens to the unused class sessions from my membership?

They expire.

What if a class is full? How does the waiting list work?

If a class is full, you can put your name on the waiting list. As soon as a spot opens up, everyone on the waiting list will receive a notification. The first person to respond to the email can sign up.

How do I cancel a course?

You can cancel your booked class on our website up to 24 hours before it starts.  The class will be automatically credited to your account. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for last-minute cancellations.

What is Pilates?
