Pilates Movement

Isabelle Pollet - Villard
During my 18-year career as a professional ballet dancer, I learned to appreciate Pilates as a supportive form of training to prevent injuries. I wanted to pass on this experience.
My goal is to work with a dedicated team of experienced colleagues to design courses that are enjoyable and deliver tangible results. With personalised support in small groups, we ensure high-quality training, because your progress is our greatest success.

Our courses
Reformer Pilates – one of the most effective pieces of fitness equipment. Training on the Pilates Reformer provides targeted resistance through springs and pulleys, improving strength and flexibility.
Are you new to Pilates? Then we recommend booking the starter course. We will quickly and precisely show you everything you need to know about the Reformer – so that you can perform the exercises correctly, avoid injuries, and, of course, get the most out of your training.
Mat Pilates – floor training offers you a holistic workout supplemented by various aids such as balls, the Pilates ring, and much more for added variety.
Barre Pilates – this workout at the ballet barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional training into a dynamic unit. It is particularly effective for improving posture and strengthening the core.
Simply choose the membership that suits your training rhythm – whether once a week or daily. Here you will find all the options at a glance.
