About Pilates

Joseph Pilates was a pioneer in the field of fitness and ahead of his time. He laid the foundations for modern Pilates training. Pilates is a form of exercise that strengthens and stretches the body through targeted exercises. It activates the deep muscles and improves your posture and flexibility with regular training.

A dynamic combination of Pilates, ballet, and functional training. The exercises at the ballet barre and on the mat specifically strengthen the legs, core, and glutes while improving balance, flexibility, and endurance.

Classic Pilates training on the mat using your own body weight and occasionally small aids such as balls or bands. It strengthens the deep muscles, improves posture, and promotes body awareness.

Training on the Pilates Reformer provides targeted resistance through springs and pulleys, effectively improving strength, flexibility, and body control. Ideal for anyone looking for intensive, joint-friendly strengthening.

To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to practice Pilates at least two to three times a week.
